Today I received an email from Howard. Howard writes, "How soon after my wife goes missing can I legally remarry?"
Well, Howard, the authorities will have to determine that your wife is presumed dead. If they're dragging their feet, leave some evidence that will lead them to that conclusion. And good luck in your new marriage!
