If you don't have enough time to properly dispose of a large amount of evidence, simply leave that evidence in the path of a coming storm. A tornado or hurricane will take care of it for you, mixing it with other bodies and materials, maybe even twisting it beyond recognition. And don't worry, authorities don't have the resources to search through all the debris left by a powerful storm.
