Grandmother Winsome's Tips For Better Living


Kiddies, I’ve received a few emails from fans letting me know that May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and that one of the suggestions made by psychologists to improve mental health is to keep a gratitude journal. While I know it’s a little late in the month to be commenting on this, it's important to point out that not everything you’re grateful for should be entered into the journal. The night watchman at the bank having a nasty bout of diarrhea and the woman's screams being muffled by her turtleneck sweater would not be wise entries.
